The Night Is Dark And Full of Terrors is a modernized Cascadian Dark Ale brewed by Ladd & Lass Brewing that won a Gold Medal at the 2024 WA Beer Awards. This black IPA delivers boughs of piney hop goodness balanced with bright citrus zest and a touch of tropical punch. Pouring exceptionally dark, it dips into the roasty abyss with just a kiss of light chocolate and coffee, supported by a malt bill of Pilsner, Alix Craft 2-Row, Caramunich III, and Carahell. The beer is brewed with Cryo Citra alongside Amarillo, Centennial, Chinook, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops that are all sourced from Crosby Estate.
