Wolf Camp

Little Beast Brewing · Farmhouse Ale - Saison · 6.1% ABV

Wolf Camp by Little Beast Brewing is a hoppy Farmhouse Ale that offers a playful spin on a classic Belgian-style Saison. Built on a foundation of Pilsner malt, the brew features a bold, crisp profile that finishes dry thanks to fermentation with two distinct saccharomyces yeast strains, which also impart subtle fruity esters. While the base recipe remains traditional, each new batch is uniquely dry-hopped with a different rotating American hop variety—such as Chinook, El Dorado, or Galaxy—making it an accessible and refreshing beer with a dynamic, ever-changing hop character.
