Bru by Living Haus is an American IPA brewed with a complex hop profile featuring Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Nelson, Idaho 7, and Mosaic, along with Mosaic Dynaboost and Nelson Amplifire hop oils. These hops are carefully layered over a malt base consisting of pilsner, 2-row, and white wheat malts. This combination brings forward vibrant tasting notes of white grape, blueberry, pink grapefruit, and hints of tangy sauvignon blanc. The beer is affectionately named in honor of a beloved dog named Bru.
