The brewing process involves mashing the masa with a blend of Vienna, pilsner, chocolate, and carafa malts, followed by hopping throughout the boil. A substantial whirlpool addition of Mt. Hood hops is introduced prior to a lengthy cool fermentation. The resulting flavor profile features soft white corn and herbal undertones that transition into a smooth finish with notes of creamy milk chocolate and toasted bread.
