Dinner is the first Double IPA brewed by Maine Beer Company. It is crafted with a malt foundation of 2-Row, Carapils, and Caramel malts, alongside dextrose, and features Citra, Falconer's Flight, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. The brewing process involves dry-hopping the beer twice with over six pounds of hops per barrel. This yields a highly aromatic flavor profile with prominent notes of mango, passionfruit, pineapple, grapefruit, and pine, culminating in a dry and crisp finish.
