Queen De Minthe is a whiskey barrel-aged imperial stout from Martin House Brewing Company. Previously known as Kookie Monster and The Last Girl Scout, this beer is brewed with mint, chocolate, lactose, marshmallows, and vanilla to create the flavor profile of a liquid mint cookie. The can art, created by the brewery's in-house artist Donny, is inspired by the Greek mythological figure Minthe, who was transformed into a mint plant.
