The beer is aged in Westward Whiskey barrels and blended with coffee, vanilla beans, and cocoa nibs to produce a rich, spirit-forward flavor profile. Inspired by classic candy bars, the brewery describes the luxurious and thick base stout as reminiscent of the chocolate river in Willy Wonka's factory, which is further elevated by the addition of roasted coffee and the warming, oaky notes drawn from the whiskey barrels.
