Thurston County

Matchless Brewing · BA Imperial Stout · 11.9% ABV

Thurston County by Matchless Brewing is a robust barrel-aged imperial stout. Matured in oak bourbon barrels, the aging process imparts deep, complex notes of dark chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla, and caramel. The extended barrel aging mellows the heavy malt backbone, resulting in a smooth, warming finish with a rich oak character and hints of dark fruit.
