Signal Collapse

Mirage · IPA - American · 6.9% ABV

Signal Collapse by Mirage Beer Co. is a West Coast-style American IPA brewed with Citra T90, Simcoe DynaBoost, and Citra Incognito hops. The brewing process includes a double-dry-hopping stage utilizing additional Citra T90, Amarillo LupoMAX, Chinook LupoMAX, Citra LupoCORE, and Riwaka Amplifire Oil. This robust hop profile delivers bright flavors and aromas of pineapple, mango, ruby grapefruit, and citrus zest. These fruity notes are balanced by dank pine resin and a pleasantly assertive bitterness that leads to a crisp finish.
