Spillway

Mirage · IPA - Imperial / Double · 8.2% ABV

Spillway by Mirage Beer Co. is a New England-style Double IPA brewed to be an intensely hop-saturated ale. The brewing process features Barbe Rouge, Chinook Incognito, and Cascade Cryo hops, followed by dip-hopping with additional Chinook Incognito. It is then double dry-hopped at a massive rate of ten pounds per barrel using a complex blend of Zumo T90, Nectaron T90, Citra Lupomax, Nelson Sauvin Amplifire pellets, Citra Liquid Lupulin, and more Cascade Cryo, along with hop distillates of Motueka and Nectaron. This extensive hopping technique results in an unapologetically saturated profile with surging green hop energy and overpowering hop aromas.
