Hydra | Strawberry + Grape + Loganberry + Toasted Marshmallow

Mortalis Brewing Company · Sour - Smoothie / Pastry · 7.0% ABV

Hydra is a heavily fruited smoothie sour ale by Mortalis Brewing Company. This specific variant blends strawberry, grape, loganberry, and toasted marshmallow together to form just one of the monster's many heads. The massive additions of fruit puree and adjuncts create a thick, smoothie-like consistency that balances the tartness of the berries and sweet grape with the rich, dessert-like sweetness of toasted marshmallow.
