Cali Creamin' by Mother Earth Brew Co. is a golden to pale Vanilla Cream Ale with a medium body, low bitterness, and a white head. It is brewed with Pale 2-Row, Light Crystal, flaked corn, dextrin, honey malt, and flaked oats, along with Warrior hops. The addition of Madagascar vanilla bean gives the beer a nostalgic cream soda flavor, yet it maintains a crisp, dry finish despite the subtle perceived sweetness from the vanilla.
