Sculpture Garden V4 (Hbc 586, Mosaic, Enigma)

Obelisk Beer Co · IPA - American · 7.0% ABV

Sculpture Garden V4 is an American IPA brewed by Obelisk Beer Co as part of their rotating hop exploration series. This iteration is brewed with a specific blend of Enigma, HBC 586, and Mosaic hops. The combination of these varietals delivers a bright and complex flavor profile, highlighting heavy notes of tropical guava, mango, and mixed berries from the HBC 586 and Mosaic. These tropical and berry flavors are balanced by the unique white grape, red fruit, and dank resin characteristics brought out by the Enigma hops. The beer pours with a clear appearance and finishes crisp with a balanced bitterness typical of a modern West Coast style IPA.
