Sun Shrine (Strata)

Obelisk Beer Co · Kölsch · 4.2% ABV

Sun Shrine is a crisp and refreshing Kolsch-style ale brewed by Obelisk Beer Co. This specific variation is dry-hopped with Strata hops, blending the clean, crackery malt profile and subtle yeast character of a traditional Kolsch with modern hop notes of strawberry, passion fruit, and citrus. The beer is cold conditioned to provide a bright, smooth, and highly drinkable finish.
