Quiet Eon (2024) is an award-winning barrel-aged imperial stout crafted by Old Stove Brewing Co. It is brewed with a specialty malt bill that includes roasted barley, flaked oats, Blackprinz, and chocolate malts. The brewing process features an extended aging period where the stout is conditioned in select bourbon barrels for over 18 months. This barrel-aging process imparts a rich, decadent, and velvety smooth finish characterized by intense roasted and chocolatey notes.
