Barrel-Aged Ten FIDY by Oskar Blues Brewery is an immensely viscous Imperial Stout that takes the brewery's classic Ten FIDY base and ages it in a blend of Kentucky bourbon barrels. The recipe is brewed with enormous amounts of two-row malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley, flaked oats, and hops. The barrel-aging process imparts prominent notes of vanilla, oak, and bourbon that seamlessly complement the stout's rich, dark flavor profile of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, cocoa, and caramel.
