Barrel-Aged Ten FIDY by Oskar Blues Brewery is an imperial stout aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels. The base beer is brewed with a heavy malt bill consisting of two-row malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley, and flaked oats, creating a deeply viscous and full-bodied mouthfeel. The extended aging process in bourbon barrels imparts rich notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and bourbon spirit, which meld with the stout's inherent flavors of dark chocolate, espresso, and caramel.
