Ten FIDY is an Imperial Stout brewed with a massive grain bill consisting of two-row malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley, and flaked oats. This combination creates a viscous, opaque, and deeply dark beer with a rich, velvety mouthfeel. The brewing process extracts intense flavors of espresso, dark chocolate, caramel, and roasted nuts. It is hopped with Columbus and Challenger hops, which provide a balancing earthy bitterness to the heavy malt sweetness and robust roasted character.
