Mother of All Storms is an English-style barleywine aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels. The barrel-aging process imparts deep, complex flavors and aromas of toasted malt, bourbon, vanilla, toffee, and caramel. Based on Pelican Brewing Company's Stormwatcher's Winterfest recipe, this vintage pours a deep mahogany color and delivers a rich, smooth finish with a pronounced malt profile and notes of dark fruit characteristic of traditional English barleywines.
