The recipe features a blend of Golden Promise, Melanoidin, Caramel, and Chocolate malts, combined with pure ale yeast and coastal water. To allow the malt profile to shine, the brewing process utilizes a subtle dry-hopping technique with Santiam hops, which adds a delicate floral bouquet and liveliness to the beer. This smooth and richly flavored ale offers lush aromas of toffee, caramel, and cocoa.
