pFriem Hazy IPA is a New England-style ale inspired by both East Coast juicy IPAs and classic German Hefeweizens. Brewed with a malt bill featuring Rahr Pale Malt and Bob's Red Mill Oats, and fermented with London Ale yeast, it achieves a full body and a delightful, moderate haze without being overly turbid. The hop profile highlights a blend of Mosaic, Citra, Eclipse, and Chinook hops, delivering bright tropical aromas of clementine, peach, strawberry, mango, and papaya. On the palate, it offers juicy notes of grapefruit, white grape, kiwi, and whipped citrus, finishing with a balanced citrus rind bitterness and a soft, pillowy warmth.
