pFriem Japanese Lager is an ode to the Japanese brewing tradition, crafted with CMC Superior Pilsen malt, Weyermann Pilsner malt, and rice to lighten the color and create a crisp profile. It is brewed with a lager yeast and hopped with Perle, Tettnang, and Saphir hops, which impart a beautiful floral bouquet. Pouring a brilliant straw color with a dense, snow-white foam, the beer features bright aromas of shiso plum, fresh baked bread, and violet. On the palate, it delivers sparkling notes of jasmine rice, fresh green tea, and wildflowers, concluding with an effervescent and bone-dry finish at 20 IBU.
