This new school IPA is brewed with Citra, Simcoe, Chinook, Ekuanot, Azacca, and Galaxy hops to create a bright tropical citrus character. It focuses on juicy hop flavor and aroma, delivering prominent notes of orange, mango, lychee, papaya, passion fruit, grapefruit, and stone fruit alongside a floral backbone. The profile is subtly sweet while maintaining a balanced, refreshing, and moderate bitterness.
