Fu! - Takedown is an American IPA brewed by Pinthouse Brewing in collaboration with San Diego's North Park Beer Co. to close out their West Coast Collab series. The recipe fuses North Park's award-winning Hop-FU! lineage with Pinthouse's Mosaic Takedown. It is brewed with a heavy-hitting hop bill of Amarillo, Chinook, Citra, Columbus, Krush, Mosaic, and Simcoe. This combination produces an explosive nose of cantaloupe, ripe guava, fresh pine, and resinous dankness. The palate features a medium-full, delightfully oily mouthfeel that transitions into a clean, moderate bitterness with a lively bite.
