Garden Lotus is an Alsatian-style Pilsner brewed by Pinthouse Brewing in collaboration with the UMLAUF Sculpture Garden. Inspired by the Alsace region of France, this crisp beer pours a brilliant gold with crystal clarity. It is brewed with Lotus, Mt. Hood, Strisselspalt, and Aramis hops, creating a profile that leads with notes of fresh cracker and sweet bread. These malt characteristics are layered with bright lemon, strawberry, and a blend of floral and herbal spice. Balancing subtle malt sweetness with a soft bitterness, the beer culminates in a light, snappy, and dry finish.
