Mosaic Takedown is a double dry-hopped West Coast American IPA brewed by Pinthouse Brewing that took home a Gold Medal at the 2025 World Beer Cup. Loaded with 15 pounds of hops per barrel, this beer spotlights Mosaic hops in T-90, Cryo, Whole Leaf, and Resin formats for maximum saturation. The hop profile is rounded out with Chinook, Citra, and Krush Cryo hops to create a layered showcase. It features aromas of bright citrus and lime zest that collide with pine, delivering flavors of bright papaya, electric citrus, tangy orange peel, and a healthy whack of pine before yielding a clean, melon-forward finish.
