Kaja is a barrel-aged Imperial Baltic Porter from the Põhjala Cellar Series. The beer is aged in Kyrö Finnish rye whiskey barrels, which imparts distinct notes of spicy rye, smooth vanilla, and toasted oak. These barrel characteristics complement the rich, dark malt base of the porter, offering deep flavors of dark chocolate, molasses, and dried dark fruits.
