Rukkirääk is a traditional Estonian rye ale brewed with a substantial amount of rye malt alongside pale, caramel, and a touch of black malts. This combination creates a rich, bready, and slightly spicy flavor profile with prominent notes of toasted rye crust, dark caramel, and subtle dried fruit. The beer pours a deep amber color and is balanced by a mild, earthy, and floral bitterness from the use of Magnum and Cascade hops.
