It is brewed with a complex blend of eight different malt varieties, highlighting earthy Estonian rye, caramel rye malt, and chocolate rye malt, which is then paired with American hops such as Cascade and Chinook. The beer delivers a rich aroma of freshly baked warm rye bread complemented by hints of nuttiness and caramel. On the palate, it offers a creamy texture that drinks almost like liquid bread, perfectly balancing deep malty sweetness and a toasted grain character with a touch of tangy citrus from the hops.
