Citracita
Rainy Daze Brewing Company · Fresh Hop IPA · 7.0% ABV
Citracita by Rainy Daze Brewing Company is an American-style Fresh Hop IPA. It is brewed during the annual hop harvest using freshly picked, unkilned hops. These wet hops are incorporated into the brewing process immediately after being harvested from the bine, which imparts a vibrant, green, and uniquely resinous aroma and flavor profile typical of fresh hop ales.
