Eyes of the World is a summertime lager brewed by Ravenna Brewing Company in collaboration with Saint Bread, Tivoli, and Wayland Mill. Designed for maximum drinkability and easy food pairing, the recipe utilizes puffed jasmine rice to create an easily fermentable, dry beer with a lighter color and body. Strisselspalt hops from Alsace contribute delicate floral and lemongrass notes in the background. A carefully dosed post-fermentation infusion of yuzu and sudachi lime juice allows the citrus to take center stage without overpowering the base beer, resulting in a light, bright, and refreshing profile with spritzy carbonation.
