Finsync is an American IPA brewed by Ravenna Brewing Company in collaboration with Halcyon Brewing for the annual Grainmaker festival hosted by Linc Malt and Cold Stream Malt. The recipe showcases Fraser Pale malt alongside an addition of puffed jasmine rice to create a light-bodied, crushable, and deftly balanced profile. It is hopped with Enigma, Krush, and Motueka to deliver big notes of white wine grape, diesel, and ripe guava. These flavors are complemented by supporting hints of red currant and a lingering piney bitterness, resulting in an excessively drinkable and sessionable beer.
