Singularity by Ravenna Brewing Company is a big, rich, and full-bodied imperial stout that is ironically a blend of two different imperial stouts. One stout was aged for two years in a Westland whiskey barrel, while the other was aged for one year in a Westland whiskey barrel. After the aging and blending process, the beer is steeped on cinnamon sticks, nutmeg seeds, green cardamom pods, cloves, allspice berries, and fresh ginger root. The resulting brew flaunts prominent notes of chocolate and roasted malts alongside its complex chai spice profile.
