Sol Cycle

Ravenna Brewing Company · Other · 4.8% ABV

Sol Cycle is a session-strength summer ale brewed by Ravenna Brewing Company in collaboration with Aslan Seattle to celebrate the summer solstice. Designed for long days under the sun, it features a very lean grain bill that allows the expressive use of Citra and Citra Cryo hops to take center stage. The profile is bright and refreshing, bursting with fruity notes of citrus, melon, and berries, and it concludes with low bitterness and a crisp, dry finish.
