Wet Season: Amarillo by Ravenna Brewing Company is a Fresh Hop West Coast IPA. The beer is steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Amarillo hops from Crosby Farms in Oregon. After fermentation, it is dry-hopped with more Amarillo, Simcoe, and Krush Cryo hops. This hopping process creates layered flavors of pink grapefruit juice, kiwiberries, orange zest, guava, and fresh cannabis, leading into a slightly grassy finish with a firm, pithy bitterness.
