Wet Season: Cashmere is a modern fresh hop West Coast IPA brewed by Ravenna Brewing Company. The beer is steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, whole-cone Cashmere hops from CLS Farms in Yakima. After fermentation, it is dry-hopped with additional Cashmere as well as Mosaic Cryo and Krush Cryo hops. The result is a light-bodied beer with medium bitterness, bursting with notes of zesty lemon-lime, strawberry candy, dank guava, and ripe melon, and complemented by background notes of cannabis and fresh-cut flowers.
