Crafted with a blend of five malts and a pairing of Amarillo and Chinook hops, it begins as a hoppy barleywine before being rested in Heaven Hill barrels for a full year. This extensive aging process and specific ingredient profile yield a complex beer characterized by rich notes of nutty toffee, baking spices, and dark cherry.
