BBIS – Double Barrel (2026 Edition) is a double barrel-aged imperial stout by Reuben's Brews. First brewed in October of 2023, the beer was aged in Willett bourbon barrels for 18 months before being transferred to Four Roses barrels and aged for an additional 18 months prior to bottling. This extensive barrel-aging process creates a rich and decadent aroma of vanilla and oak. The resulting flavor profile features a body full of warming bourbon spice, balanced by a honey sweetness and a dry finish.
