Reuben's Brews created Cascading Effect, a New England-style hazy IPA brewed to celebrate their 13th anniversary. The brewing process utilizes a creative technique where a low-level boil hop addition doubles with each subsequent addition through the whirlpool, first dry hop, and second dry hop. It is bittered with second-use Comet, Citra, and Strata hops, followed by a double dry-hopping of Strata, Audacia, and Meridian. This cascading hopping method results in an amplified hop aroma and flavor layered over a zesty base, delivering a surge of fruity character.
