Gobsmacked! is a bold and bright Imperial IPA crafted by Reuben's Brews, originally brewed to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Brouwer's Cafe. Despite its massive, over-the-top profile, the beer remains exceptionally refreshing and crisp. It delivers a powerful blast of citrus and tropical hops, featuring prominent tasting notes of passion fruit, lemon, lime, and white wine. These bright hop characteristics are carefully balanced by a smooth malt backbone built with oats and light caramel malts.
