Horizons - New Zealand

RŌM Beer Co. · Pale Ale - New Zealand · 5.5% ABV

Horizons - New Zealand by RŌM Beer Co. is a bright and expressive modern New Zealand Pale Ale tailored to showcase the vibrant character of Southern Hemisphere hops. The brew features a blend of New Zealand hop varieties, including Nelson, Nectaron, Motueka, and Waimea. This hop combination delivers a vivid flavor profile highlighted by Nelson's signature white wine and white grape aromatics, layered with juicy pineapple from the Nectaron hops, and finished with a fresh citrus and pine lift from Motueka and Waimea. A lean malt profile keeps the beer crisp, refreshing, and highly drinkable, allowing the complex tropical fruit and citrus hop characteristics to shine with clarity and balance.
