Scotch, Scotch, Scotchity Scotch Ale

Rooftop Brewing Company · Scotch Ale / Wee Heavy · 7.9% ABV

Scotch, Scotch, Scotchity Scotch Ale is a Wee Heavy style Scotch ale brewed by Rooftop Brewing Company in Seattle, Washington. Guided by the brewery's philosophy of more peat, less sweet, this beer is brewed with real peat-smoked Scottish malt, similar to an Islay Scotch. This results in a hearty smoked peat flavor and aroma, delivering a smoky finish that is drier than a typical Scotch malt bomb.
