Cosmic Departure is an experimental Hazy IPA series by Ruse Brewing focused on using advanced hop products and process tweaks to achieve maximum hop saturation and drinkability. The hazy base is brewed with white wheat and oats. While the hop profile rotates across different batches to highlight specific varieties like Mosaic, Krush, or Riwaka, a recent iteration is aggressively hopped with Krush, Krush Cryo, Mosaic, and Mosaic Cryo. This combination delivers vibrant, juicy tasting notes of peach rings and mango punch.
