Happy Hops is an American IPA brewed by Russian River Brewing Company as an homage to the Grace Brothers Brewery, which originally brewed a beer by the same name in Santa Rosa in 1944. This modern iteration is crafted with a blend of new and old-world hop varieties, including Azacca, Mosaic, Strata, Thora, Citra, and Brewer's Gold. The resulting flavor profile is incredibly hoppy and juicy, featuring bold aromas and flavors of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and citrus, balanced by a mild bitterness.
