It is brewed using Dingemans Pilsen malt and acidulated malt, and features a hop profile driven by French Aramis and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. The brewing process utilizes reverse osmosis water treated with calcium chloride and gypsum, along with traditional open-top fermentation. As an unfiltered, Keller-style pilsner, it is dry-hopped with European hops and retains a small amount of yeast that gives the straw-colored beer a slight haze. The resulting profile is hop-forward with a firm malt foundation, a strong lager yeast characteristic, and a dry, bitter finish.
