Fancy Lawnmower by Saint Arnold Brewing Company is a crisp and refreshing German-style Kölsch. It is brewed with pale malted barley and a dash of malted wheat to create a sweet, light, and rich malty body. The brewing process features four separate additions of a single hop variety, German Hallertauer Hersbrucker, which imparts a complex, citrus hop character and delicate aroma. A special Kölsch ale yeast is used to ferment the beer at lager temperatures, yielding a slightly fruity and clean flavor profile. The beer has 18 IBU.
