Pumpkinator is an Imperial Pumpkin Stout originally introduced by Saint Arnold Brewing Company as Divine Reserve No. 9. It is brewed with a rich blend of pale two-row, caramel, and black malts. The brewing process features the addition of real pumpkin directly into the mash, alongside molasses and brown sugar to build a robust, sweet foundation. The beer is finished with a generous addition of traditional spices, including cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, creating a full-bodied, dark stout with deep notes of chocolate, roasted grains, and pumpkin pie.
