Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. first brewed Celebration Fresh Hop IPA in 1981 as an American-style winter seasonal beer. It is brewed with Caramelized and Two-row Pale malts alongside freshly harvested Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops that are rushed directly from the farm to the brewery. The flavor profile features intense pine, resinous, citrus, and floral notes balanced by a rich caramel malt sweetness. This 65 IBU beer is traditionally available from October through December.
