Northern Hemisphere Harvest by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is an American IPA originally created in 1996. The beer features Cascade and Centennial hops from the Yakima Valley in Eastern Washington. These hops are harvested and shipped as wet, un-dried hops on the exact same day they are picked. They are sent directly to the Chico brewery to be added to the brew kettle while their essential oils and resins are still at their absolute peak.
