FOMOsaic IPA by Sig Brewing Co. is an American West Coast-style IPA brewed with Pilsner and a touch of Chit malt for foam stability. The brewing process features an intensive hop profile achieved by kettle hopping with Mosaic, hop dipping with Mosaic Incognito, and double dry-hopping with Mosaic T-90 and Mosaic Cryo. This delivers an explosive Mosaic character with saturated aromas of mango, blueberry, dank citrus, peach rings, and sticky pine resin. It has 35 IBU.
